Nokmaniphone Sayavong's culinary journey began as early as childhood. She was raised on her mother's farm in Laos, where she spent every season harvesting fruits and vegetables in the garden and raising local animals. Her deeply rooted passion for cooking culminated from all her experiences.

In 2020, Nokmaniphone pursued her long awaited dream of creating a food business and created Nok's Kitchen. Nok always has a smile on her face and is always thrilled to see guests enjoy their food. When she’s not in the kitchen, Nok can be found exercising at the beach, camping at local campsites, and spending quality time with her husband Billie.
